The illustration you put here on equality, equity and justice is interesting. I have seen the first two but not the last one. The last one really speaks to me. I recently needed to work with a couple of colleagues who have disabilities. As much as I want to be supportive and rightly so, the extra amount of work is also burning me out. I remember saying to myself really this needs a structural change, where each of us can achieve our best with our conditions acknowledged.
